Heating is all about, or should be all about, comfort. Perfect, efficient heating should feed warm memories. Happy mornings rolling about on the floor with the kids. Cosy evenings with a bottle of red and some decent music or a film. That’s comfortable heating.
Too often it’s not.
Traditional heating often elicits traditional responses.
How much is it costing?
It’s too hot.
It’s too cold.
Why’s my room always cold?
Why’s the corner of that room so mouldy?
I hate it when you put the heating on, it makes me sneeze.
We know, and somehow accept that traditional heating is expensive to run and inconvenient to use. Why? In aspects of our life we would not accept this sort of compromise.
My guess is that many don’t know the alternative, or imagine that it will be too hard to fix.
It’s not.
There’s a better way to heat, there’s a better way to comfort. It’s simple, it’s cost efficient and you don’t need to rip everything out and stat again. You can take it room by room.
Heating should not be something you have to think about. Not something you worry about using. Not something that doesn’t work properly.
A warm home should be all about the pleasure, not the pain.
The ideal comfortable heating?
Properly specified, silent, odour free, efficient, effective, variable and minutely controllable.
A tall ask?
Nope. We can show you how.
So, what do I think about when I’m heating?
It’s not heating. My comfortable heating looks after itself, I know it’s on when it needs to be and off when it doesn’t need to be on. Each room is separate so I know that everyone has the comfort they need, throughout the house.
I don’t think about heating at all when I’m heating. Nor should you.
