Very happy with our new IR heating system installed in one of our holiday cottages. The level of control I now have is incredibly useful for saving energy (money!) and yet keeping our guests warm and comfortable. Many often remark on the ceiling panels and how well they work. Jigsaw were there every step of the way from determining our particular needs, to installation and answering any questions we had afterwards.
When I moved into a new house with no gas I was interested to see what electric heating solutions were available. My research led me to Jigsaw and their infrared panels. Now the temperature has dropped they are finally getting some use and they are BRILLIANT! The gentle ambient room temperature they create is heaven, and the minute they come on we can feel the benefit. I love them and can not recommend Jigsaw highly enough. Infrared is the future!
We’ve installed three infrared heaters in what were the three coldest rooms in the house. They’re now the three warmest. We’ve installed them with smart controls, which has also been great now we’re working from home – we don’t need to heat the whole house to heat a couple of rooms that are actually in use for the majority of the day. Overall they provide a lovely heat, are very easy to control, and will hopefully be far more effective and efficient for us.
Our ceiling mounted infra-red panels were fitted cleanly and efficiently by the Jigsaw team. The weather turned colder the very next day and we can confirm that this type of heating really works. The level of control means you don’t have to be cold (or too warm) with instant heat being available as you need it, instantly. Highly recommended.

The panels have been amazing, install was pretty straight forward and we’ve been saving energy ever since. The heat they give off is excellent and much more comfortable than traditional heating solutions. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Jigsaw did a great job for us, installing new IR panels and a new Mixergy hot water tank and boiler. Very professional, on time, helpful with any queries, and took the initiative to work around issues that were not of their making.
